From September 2022 to March 2024, I supported business development efforts through strategic outreach and in-depth market research. My work focused on identifying qualified prospects, uncovering market opportunities, and generating leads across multiple industries, including digital education, international trade, and business associations.
I contributed across different roles and organizations by combining data-driven research with personalized outreach strategies. From building prospect lists to uncovering market demand through keyword analysis, I helped organizations improve their visibility and increase engagement.

September 2022 – March 2024
At Autopilot Internet Income Pte. Ltd., I directly supported the CEO by handling two types of research to help the company develop a digital product for clients interested in creating commercially viable “how to” content. My tasks focused on identifying high-potential topics based on data and audience behavior.
My first task was to identify evergreen and commercially promising niches. I started by researching potential “how to” niches using Google to see what areas consistently had interest and demand. Based on this, I selected eight key categories: business, jobs, home & green, health, marketing, self-help, technology, and sports.
Once the niches were selected, I used Keyword Sheeter to generate over 1,000 keyword ideas starting with “how to.” I then crafted 200+ detailed topic suggestions under each niche using these keywords. After that, I organized the data into spreadsheets, grouping topics into subcategories to make them easier to navigate.
For example, within the health niche, I found that “beauty” was a strong evergreen subtopic. A sample topic idea in this group would be: “How to create a natural makeup look."

In the second research, I focused on the business and marketing niches. This time, I combined keyword data and social media insights to understand what people are actively searching for and talking about. I used Google Keywords Planner and social media platforms to analyze audience interest, behavior, and sentiment.
Google Keyword Planner: I analyzed metrics like average monthly searches, 3-month change, year-over-year change, and competition index to identify high-demand and low-competition keywords that could inform data-driven campaign planning.
Quora & Reddit: I explored real user discussions to uncover trending questions and topics. I evaluated upvotes, comments, and topic followers to identify strong engagement signals, helping the company pinpoint which ideas could be repurposed for client content.
Facebook: I monitored likes, comments, and shares to assess topic resonance and viral potential, ensuring that recycled or repurposed content would align with audience behavior on social platforms.
Sample visuals of the second research I conducted are provided in the images below.

At PT Yobo Sukses Makmur, I supported the CEO in identifying and reaching out to potential business prospects for the company’s export products, such as refined sugar. I began by researching potential buyer data on Trademap, then cleaned and analyzed the dataset to filter for relevant and valid leads. From there, I initiated outreach via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email to engage these qualified prospects. In total, I processed and qualified around 1,000 companies data during this initiative.
A sample of the buyer database I curated is included below.

At the Italian Business Association in Indonesia (IBAI), I contributed to membership expansion efforts by identifying potential corporate members. I researched companies in Indonesia that aligned with IBAI’s membership profile and screened them based on business relevance. Through this effort, I compiled a list of 300 potential member companies, including verified email addresses and phone numbers, which were used for follow-up communication.
A preview of the prospect list developed during this project is shown below.
